Roving Assistant Maintenance Supervisor (Las Vegas Region Las Vegas, NV)

Our Assistant Maintenance Supervisors are skilled in their field, and most are looking to grow within the company. If you have 3 years of experience as a maintenance technician and have at least 1 year of supervising a staff, we want to talk with you! We are looking for competent, proactive individuals that enjoy their work and be open to learn new tricks of the trade and have a career with a national company!

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

We are currently looking for an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at a community in the (Las Vegas, NV) area.

This position is a Full-Time Hourly Full Benefits and Bonus Program eligible.

Pay Range : $18 - $20 / Hour

Requirements :

• A minimum of 3 years of previous residential apartment maintenance experience
• You bring a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in maintenance
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Must be able to participate in the on-call rotation
• Our communities are open 7 days a week so weekend hours are required (if applicable)
• Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage
